VIA is made by Atomic Apps AI, the company that makes AIRIN, and is a brand of Avant-Garde Global LLC. It is not a standalone company or a third-party plugin: it runs on the same AIRIN Brain as the phone receptionist and the website chat, configured by Atomic Apps AI for each business.

What VIA does
A visitor taps the VIA orb on a business's website and simply talks. VIA answers from the business's approved content, opens the page that has the answer, types what the visitor says into visible form fields (the visitor always presses the button), and can take a message or book when the business allows it. It never reads card numbers or passwords, and it never submits a form on its own.
